Minyu’s collaborative approach unites her team in strategic project design and management. Since joining SAA in 2011, she has been involved in a wide spectrum of projects ranging from airports to high rise residential developments. She brought these projects from design stage through construction management. She also worked on feasibility studies for integrated developments in developers’ land bids, and on competitions for complex developments such as hospitals, and university campuses.
Minyu played an instrumental role in Singapore's Changi Airport Terminal 4, where she led the multi-disciplinary team in coordination with stakeholders and authority departments, integrating the complex requirements. Through one of the first instances of Early Contractor Involvement for Collaborative Contracting, she led the detailed design of the airport terminal with the Contractor, generating innovative solutions to meet the tight construction schedule of 25 months.
She is currently the project director for 2 office towers that have been awarded Super Low Energy building Green Mark certifications.
Minyu’s focus and efficiency has further expanded her experience in client-user management and project implementation, enriching her leadership to her teams .
