Mr. Yan is the Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Tower Construction and Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Yan was born in October 1978. He graduated from Chengdu Sports University with a bachelor's degree and has a master's degree in Public Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Mr. Yan is a senior public affairs professional.

Mr. Yan worked in multiple departments of Shanghai Municipal Government with chief management positions. Later, he joined Shanghai Chengtou Corporation and served as the Deputy Director of the Board Office and the Deputy Manager of Shanghai Chengtou Property Management Co., Ltd.

Since 2019, Mr. Yan has been in charge of the operation management of Shanghai Tower. Mr. Yan provides strong support for the building’s operation and development due to his strong policy sensitivity and excellent communication skills. Mr. Yan is also one of the first members of Shanghai Science and Innovation Education Committee which includes well-known academicians, scientists, and related experts.
