Mike Plewacki serves as a Principal, Façade Practice Leader, and the Façade Engineering Department Manager. With 20 years of building envelope consulting experience, his skills have developed from initial hands-on testing and field review, to leading teams of technical experts across North America with some of the most challenging and complex façade projects around the world.

Mike is proficient in a variety of building envelope systems and has substantial expertise with exterior façade systems, curtain wall, glass and glazing. His experience and ability to collaborate are significant assets to the design and construction of high-performance façades and with high-rise and large institutional projects involving customized curtain wall and structural glass systems. He is a strong design team member, offering his knowhow in conceptual/schematic design, systems selections, and evaluating performance criteria. Mike also has extensive curtain wall fabrication and factory glazing review experience involving foreign procurement in Asia, South America and Europe such as product testing at overseas labs and manufacturer facilities. His knowledge, skills and management capabilities are resourced throughout our organization.
