Michael Liu is Vice President & Chief Operation Officer of TAIPEI 101 Tower. He leads the combined teams of professionals responsible for Engineering Operation and Maintenance, Property Management, and Office Leasing departments. As a member of top management committee, he is directly involved in corporate strategy development and implementation, including Green Building and CSR policies.

Liu also served as Vice President & Corporate Spokesperson of TAIPEI 101 from 2005 to 2018. He took the lead of designated projects to synergize and coordinate among various business divisions within the company covering retail management of shopping mall, realty management of office tower, as well as the tourism business of observatory.
Prior to joining TAIPEI 101, Liu was Head of Strategic Planning & Marketing Service at TVBS Networks where he was in charge of strategic management in the integration and consolidation of TVBS Networks’ multimedia resources to strengthen TVBS’ leading brand position and to improve the marketing competitiveness in advertising sales and project sponsorship among the distributed markets. He holds a Master degree in Management and Bachelor degree in Communications from National University San Diego, California, USA.
