Michael Grey is a principal and the Operations Manager of Robert Bird Group’s Melbourne office. Michael joined the Robert Bird team in 2008 and has 26 years’ experience as a structural engineer.

Michael has worked on a variety building projects value ranging from $1million to $1billion and has a passion for Design Leadership. He believes the engineer’s role is to deliver Value through finding innovative solutions that efficiently accommodates the demands of gravity, wind and construction.

A major Project under his leadership is the 100 story Australia 108 tower.

Michael enjoys mentoring and watching his team grow as people.
