Mehmet Genc has more than 20 years of industry experience with high-rise mix-used development projects, hotels, medical centers, office buildings, hospitals, retail complexes, and theatres. Following receipt of his B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from Istanbul University in 1999 and M.Sc. degree in Project Management from University of Maryland in 2001, he worked at ENR top 10 rated General Contracting Company in the USA with progressive advancement to Project Executive role until 2012.

Genc joined Turner International in 2012 and has taken Project Management roles in Serbia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkey. He has experience in all aspects of the construction business and has become an expert at adapting practices to suit clients' specific needs. His ability to motivate and lead large, cross-functional project teams around a mutually shared objective of exceeding client expectations has been demonstrated both within the United States and in various international markets. He is an accredited LEED professional, Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), a member of Project Management Institute and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
