Max Lee has over ten years of consultancy experience in wind engineering and detailed wind tunnel testing programs. He has worked extensively on a variety of wind tunnel projects comprising of tall and supertall buildings, masterplans, sport stadia, large roof structures, long span bridges and offshore facilities throughout the Far East, the Middle East, North America, Australia, and Europe. He has a wide range of professional experience in the field of wind effects on civil structures, structural dynamic behavior, cladding and component pressures, pedestrian level wind comfort and safety studies over his global portfolio of project work.
Max obtained his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University Putra Malaysia. He joined CPP Wind with a strong focus on the business development, project management and engineering activities within the Southeast Asia and East Asia regions. He works closely with CPP's technical specialists and assists in design, preparation, execution and management of wind tunnel testing, and analysis. He also oversees and supervises local staff in CPP’s wind tunnel facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Some of Max’s international wind tunnel testing project experience includes Miami Worldcenter, Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, New York, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, The Market Street Hub Project in San Francisco, 20 Fenchurch Street, London, London Olympic Stadium, Wembley Masterplan, Tianjin CTF Finance Centre, Jiangsu Grand Theatre, Nanjing, Hong Kong International Airport, KL Eco City, South Beach Tower, Singapore, Oasis Central Sudirman, Jakarta, Icon Siam Complex Bangkok, Dubai Frame, King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, Education City Stadium, Al Rayyan, and Torre Reforma Colón, Mexico City. Max is a chartered engineer in the U.K. and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
