Martin is a Director of Arney Fender Katsalidis and has a wealth of experience and specialist expertise in tall buildings, sustainable design, deep energy retrofits and re-purposement of existing tower assets in the commercial and institutional sectors.

Martin has over 30 years of experience negotiating complex design and municipal issues for a broad range of clients. He works collaboratively with stakeholder groups and has a proven track record of successfully guiding large-scale projects to completion and developing long-standing client relationships.

Martin’s wide-ranging portfolio and a global experience includes North America and Europe and focuses on sustainable design in the commercial sector. His work includes the first LEED® CS Gold Certified project in Canada, Calgary’s Bankers Court office tower.
