About

A structural engineer who grew up working in residential construction with his dad, Mark Minchak is a 25-year veteran of the construction industry. For most of his professional career he has worked in project management, handling major municipal infrastructure and commercial repositioning projects. Mark is proud to have been the lead project manager for the repositioning of the award-winning Hudson Commons project (441 Ninth Avenue), by premier NYC developer Cove Property Group.
