As a Principal of DeSimone’s Structural Engineering Practice, Luis F. He recently completed the design of Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum, which is awarded one of CTBUH’s Best Tall Buildings of 2020.

Ongoing projects in Miami include One Bayfront Plaza, the first tower to rise above 1,000 feet in Florida; the world’s first guitar-shaped hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Hotel and Casino; and the 47-story UNA residential tower designed with Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture.
