Luis Nosiglia is a Salvadorean-born structural engineer living in Brussels, Belgium. He joined Bureau d’études Greisch in 2013 and has contributed since to several high-profile projects in Belgium and worldwide.

Luis has a MSc degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from INSA de Lyon, France and has a strong passion for tall buildings and complex structures.

True to the Bureau Greisch reputation for bold approaches and rigorous designs, Luis has recently led the implementation of the Adaptative Outriggers for the Silver Tower in Belgium.
