An Otis veteran for over 20 years, Lucien is an expert in addressing customer needs on major projects, complex and tech driven projects.

With an engineering background and few years in semi-conductors industry, Lucien gather sales, marketing, product strategy and management experience since he joined Otis in 2002.

Over years, Lucien worked on major modernization management in France, High Rise sales in Europe, led the worldwide marketing strategies for Gen2 elevator, drove CompassPlus Dispatching Management strategy and initiated the latest Gen2 global Ambiance aesthetics by working with class A design firms. In 2016 Lucien led Major projects throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In 2019 he started leading High Rise segment at World Head Quarters supervising sales and installation but also high speed elevators, advanced dispatching products strategy. Since 2024 Lucien extented his role to all company major projects.

Lucien is passionate by new technologies and enjoys helping customers on building customized occupant experience.
