Mr. Jia Ling has been engaged in real estate development, design, and management for nearly twenty years. He previously worked at Vanke Corporation Limited, where he was deeply involved in the design and implementation of various integrated residential projects, practicing the design concept of people-oriented and creating a beautiful living environment.

In 2021, Mr. Jia Ling joined Parkland Group and is currently participating in the group's latest masterpiece, Guangzhou One Parkland. The project includes luxury hotels, large flat apartments, high-end commercial spaces, and an art center. Guangzhou One Parkland is aiming to surpass One Shenzhen Bay comprehensively and create an internationally influential landmark complex in Guangzhou.
