Mr Lin is the Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (00405.HK), the first real estate trust fund investing in properties in China. He is the holder of Type 9 Responsible Officer (RO) and Representative (RA) License of Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission (HKSFC), as well as professional qualification of real estate and land surveyor in China.

Mr Lin has nearly 30 years of first-hand experience in large-scale property development, assets investment and management, financial operation and hotel management etc. He is responsible for strategizing the direction of property development and sales and investment management of major residential and commercial projects of Yuexiu Real Estate established in Hong Kong, Macau, France and Singapore.
