Lex Lee has more than 20 years working experience in the real estate industry for project management and design management, including working in China and in Australia. He got the architecture master degree from Tongji University and certificate as national 1st class register architect. During the time period of working in China, he looked after the design division for the top 10 developers as design director. The total project area was about 1.5 million square meters and the project type was covered by different products including retail, house, townhouse ,apartments, office ,etc. While working in Australia starting from 2013, he looked after the design division and project management division as design director and project director for tier 1 developer. The total project area was more than 500,000 square meters.
