As Client Executive for IMEG, Lea guides the structural design process and is
responsible for coordinating the design disciplines and project goals. She has
nearly 20 years of experience with structural design for a variety of market sectors,
including education, residential/ mixed-use, commercial, industrial and healthcare.
Lea enjoys working with clients to come up with creative solutions to achieve
intricate architectural features.

Lea’s expertise includes structural engineering for new buildings, expansions and
historic renovations. She has a wide range of knowledge of existing structures and
has a strong attention to detail. Her portfolio has encompassed a variety of projects,
including: a new mixed-use building including student housing and a university
center for Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and the renovation of
the University Center at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY; the renovation
and vertical expansion of Philadelphia’s former Marketplace Design Center to
create a new headquarters for Aramark Corporation; hospitality projects including
Cambria Hotel & Suites and Hyatt Centric Hotel in Philadelphia; and residential
developments such as Hello Broadway in New York City and Arthaus and 619 North
Broad Street in Philadelphia.

She earned Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from
Villanova University and has authored articles for such publications as Modern Steel
Construction, Structure and ENR Magazines.
