He spent close to 12 years as the security and emergency management director at a major Chicago academic healthcare institution. Mr. Freidenfelds began in the industry and spent seven years in law enforcement/investigations for a university and healthcare campus. Mr. Freidenfelds has extensive experience in working on landmark tall urban buildings where his understanding of technology and operational experience in security and emergency preparedness has allowed him to assess and develop effective solutions to complex issues. He has a focus on reducing workplace violence through programs that incorporate effective policies, technology, and architectural concepts.
