Lauren Spark graduated from Exeter University with LLB HONS in Law and joined Charles Russell Speechlys as a Trainee Solicitor in 2018, qualifying into the Real Estate Disputes team in September 2020 where she has since worked with and advised an array of corporate and private clients in relation to commercial and mixed-use developments across London. Lauren’s practice covers all aspects of the development life-cycle but she has a particular focus on rights of light advising on the impact that developments have on the light enjoyed by neighbouring properties.
