An Otis veteran for over 16 years, Kiron is a system engineer & creative thinker exploring technical solutions to most challenging problems in the vertical transportation industry.

With academic backgrounds in Engineering, Business and Sustainability, and experiences in automotive, medical devices and oil & gas industries, Kiron has developed skills for problem solving, managing complex projects, managing modules and platforms since he joined Otis in 2008.

Over years, Kiron worked on improving ride comfort in elevators, designed and developed elevator systems through integration of global modules, developed and deployed enterprise wide platforming and modularization strategies, led global systems engineering teams, led system level innovation projects from idea through Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) programs for risk reduction as well as making safety systems smart and intelligent. Kiron has more than 25 patents with vast majority applicable in the vertical transportation industry.
