Kevin Davenport is responsible for leading Swire Properties developments in the US including the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami and One Brickell City Centre. Kevin brings more than fifteen years of experience in mixed-use property development. Prior to joining Swire, he worked on over nine million square feet of development inclusive of office, residential, hospitality and retail. Kevin’s previous developments include some of New York City’s most prominent projects such as One and Two Manhattan West, The Eugene, The Pendry New York, One and Two Blue Slip, and Eagle + West within the Greenpoint Landing master plan in Brooklyn.
