Keri Kramer is the COO of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In this role, she is responsible for day-to-day administration and operations of the Council across its offices in the US, China and Italy. Kramer has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, working closely with boards, committees and chapters to create positive change within organizations. Her domain expertise includes operations, technology, marketing and membership.

She graduated from Berry College with degrees in English and Political Science. She resides in Chicago with her husband, two children and an assortment of pets.
