Kelly Moynihan is a Principal at Nurture, a design leader pursuing the preservation, celebration, and innovation of carbon-free, equitable, high-performance projects with experience in affordable housing, single and multi-family residential, K-12/higher education, civic, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and interiors. Kelly is a Certified Passive House Consultant, Living Future Accredited, WELL Accredited Professional, and a LEED Green Associate, committed to decarbonization through creating beautiful, healthy places for all beings. Kelly is involved as the AIA Chicago Board of Directors Vice President of Membership, AIA Chicago COTE/2030 Commitment Knowledge Community Co-Chair, PHIUS Alliance Chicago Board of Directors, and an active member with the Illinois Green Alliance.
