Kai Sheng, AIA, Leed AP, Founder and CEO of Archilier Architecture, has over 25 years of experience in high-end hospitality/office/residential mixed-use development. The practice focuses on designing architecture and urban planning that respect the distinctive cultural, social and architectural traditions of the site, be it the low-rise resort in Tianmu Lake, the tallest supertall complex in the city of Qingdao or the mixed-use urban development in Garden Grove, California.
Formally a partner at BBG Architects, Kai directed numerous critical projects including the Mandarin Oriental in New York, the Shanghai Peninsula and the St Regis Hotel and Resort in Sanya, China.
