Kabi leads the Asset Services team in Arup’s Singapore office. Starting his career in as a structural design engineer He has worked on several projects in Australia prior to joining the façade team in Singapore. After years of inspecting existing building facades and advising clients about potential risks on a portfolio of buildings, Kabi now focuses on existing assets and have a keen interest in remote monitoring and assessing assets using digital tools and technology.

Utilising his experience on existing building facades, Kabi now manages multidisciplinary teams on asset services and provides strategic advice that is focused on our clients’ different needs to upgrade or restore the condition and ways of monitoring of assets. Through customized frameworks, Kabi works with clients to review options and implement strategies in reducing the asset/s’s operational carbon.
