Julian is a passionate developer with 10 years of experience with a track record of delivering complex projects across various asset classes, working in Sydney, New York, and London.

Ha has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic project planning and is an advocate for Sustainable development practices.

Prior to joining CIT, Julian worked in New York City for developer and investor, CIM, where he was involved with the delivery of over one million sq ft1 million square feet of commercial office space in Manhattan. Originally from Australia, Julian started his career working on landmark education, sports, and stadium developments in his hometown of Sydney. He holds a Masters of Property Development (MSc) from the University of Technology Sydney.
