José has worked for top building services consultancies both in the UK and in his native Spain. He joined Cundall UK in 2004 and since then has worked on a variety of projects, including One Hyde Park in London and Telefonica Data Centre in Alcala de Henares, Madrid.

He opened Cundall’s Madrid office in 2007 and since then has successfully built a team capable of delivering international quality in both sustainable and building services design.

José is Member of the Breeam España Committee and Member of the Spanish Green Building Council (GBCe) Committee.

José is a frequent speaker about sustainable building issues in Madrid and also is involved in lecturing activities.
