With a background in architecture, Cottee oversaw the award-winning SubStation No. 164, located at 183-185 Clarence Street, Sydney – a recipient of three The Urban Developer excellence awards in 2022. SubStation No.164 is a boutique office tower that incorporates the restoration of the heritage listed Shelley Warehouse and the adjoining former electrical substation into a 7,000sq m A-grade office precinct with a 5-star GreenStar and NABERS rating.
