John has been the leader of Osborn’s South Florida market and it’s breakthrough on high-rise projects. He has been an instrumental team member in the design and construction and project management of many high-rise projects in Florida and Ohio including: 710 Edge, Seaway Hotel and Residences, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, 555 River House Hotel and Condos, Scioto Peninsula Mixed-Use, Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club renovations, Gravity 2 Mixed-Use Residential, Arlington Gateway Mixed-Use High-Rise Residential, and Pro Football Hall of Fame Hotel and Conference Center.
