Joëlle Brodeur is a project and portfolio management expert, with a Master’s degree in Project Management, an executive MBA and nearly 15 years of experience in managing organizational development, process optimization and transformation projects. She has contributed to the implementation and consolidation of project management offices in various business areas and led the creation of Montreal’s Olympic Park’s PMO, which oversaw recent asset transformation and renovation projects, including the Montreal Tower revitalization project. While the PMO remains under her jurisdiction, as Vice President Infrastructure and Project management, she now also manages all activities related to facility management and operations, including maintenance and technical services, engineering, property management and capital investments.
