Jianbo Hu graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering of Tongji University and has more than 23 years of experience in the fields of special construction enterprises, Grade A architectural design institutes, real estate development design and engineering management. He is currently the director of Ping An Real Estate, Shenzhen Regional Construction Management Department and the deputy general manager of Shenzhen Ping An Financial Center Construction and Development Co., Ltd., responsible for and participated in the development and management of projects in Shenzhen including Shenzhen Ping An Financial Center North and South Tower, Shenzhen Ping An Property and Casualty Building, Bagualing Science and Technology Building, and other high-rise projects. He has been involved with various typologies like offices, hotels, sightseeing, shopping malls and other formats.

Currently he is participating in the preparation for the construction of Ping An Credit Card Building, Ping An Auto Finance Building, Shekou Yinian City, and other commercial and high-end medical care projects. He has accumulated a rich experience in full-chain project operation, and is especially good at the development and construction management of supertall high-rise buildings and complex, high-quality urban complex projects.
