Jian Fenn Cheng is the founder of Design Link Architects and serves as the chairman of the firm with over 40 years of experience in the building industry. He has overseen the completion of numerous high-rise residential and mixed-use development projects both locally and overseas. Cheng was one of the first few private sector architects to provide Design & Build services for Housing & Development Board in the 1990s and he continues to make significant contributions to public housing. His unwavering commitment to delivering livable and functional public housing spaces has earned him numerous design awards and accolades. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects, Royal Institute of British Architects and ASEAN architect.
