About
Jessica Rinkel joined the CTBUH as the Events Manager in October of 2013. Her primary responsibilities focus on the organization and management of events, such as the annual CTBUH International Conference and annual Awards Symposium, Ceremony, and Dinner, and the training, guidance and support of our global leaders.
Rinkel earned her Bachelors of Art degree in English in 2008, followed by a Masters of Science degree in Higher Education in 2011 at Eastern Illinois University. In her time at EIU, she developed a wide range of events including campus-wide workshops, community service initiatives, and graduate student recruitment programs. Rinkel moved to Chicago in 2011 and spent her last two years with the restaurant group Lettuce Entertain You as a Special Events Manager, coordinating and supervising all aspects of events at Paris Club and Studio Paris, with a focus on charity and off-site events.
