Jessica Kok joined CTBUH in December 2021 as membership coordinator, a role which supports overall membership goals and facilitates the activity of CTBUH chapters and regional committees around the world.

Jessica is a multidisciplinary non-profit professional in Chicago with a history of working in community-driven roles in cultural institutions and a passion for connecting people to resources and knowledge. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing at Valparaiso University, going on to serve as community liaison for the innovative Aging with Purpose Initiative piloted at Senior Services Inc. in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In 2019, Jessica obtained a Masters degree in Cultural Heritage and Museum Studies from the University of East Anglia. During her time at UEA, she served as digital assistant for the British Archive for Contemporary Writing. Prior to joining the Council, Jessica served as guest services coordinator at the Driehaus Museum in Chicago.
