Jes Tonsgaard is the Business Director at 3XN, where he collaborates with both the architectural and business development teams. Prior to completing his master’s in business administration and taking on the role of Business Director, he was an architect with 3XN for nine years, where he oversaw the design and development of The Lighthouse, 3XN’s recently completed residential tower in Aarhus, Denmark.

3XN works across diverse typologies and scales, driven by the conviction that architecture transforms and must give something back—to people, to communities, and to our planet. The office is based in Copenhagen, with studios in Sydney, New York, London, and Stockholm.
