Jerry Withers is a Project Manager at the Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations. OBO is the single real property manager for all U.S. diplomatic facilities around the world, managing a portfolio of properties in over 289 locations around the world, valued at almost $80 billion. OBO’s mission is to provide safe, secure, functional, and resilient facilities that represent the U.S. government to the host nation and support the Department’s achievement of U.S. foreign policy objectives.

Mr. Withers has 40 years of architectural experience and has completed over 120 projects worldwide, including the New U.S. London Embassy.
