Jeremy is the Managing Director of Markets (Office Leasing) and Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) in Asia Pacific, with overall Profit & Loss responsibility of US$180 million in revenue.

Jeremy restructured JLL's Lease Administration, Workplace Strategy, Consulting and Transaction Management services into a single-high performance business unit under the umbrella of IPS. He is responsible for managing all transaction service delivery issues and driving business development and strategy for the Asia Pacific transactions business. Under Jeremy's tenure, this business has grown exponentially.

Jeremy is a member of JLL's Asia Pacific Board, the Corporate Solutions APAC Executive Committee, and the Global IPS and Tenant Representation Boards.

Jeremy started his career in 1986, working in a variety of transaction and professional advisory roles for DTZ.

Jeremy moved to Hong Kong in 1990 where he established JLL's Tenant Representation business. By 2000, he was responsible for running the Firm's Tenant Representation business across Asia.

In 2003, he became the Regional Business Development Director for transactions across Asia Pacific, a role that involved transaction management of principle accounts and the implementation of larger individual pitches in China, Japan, Singapore, India, Australia and the Philippines.

Jeremy relocated to New York to launch JLL's International Desk in 2006. In this role he represented the JLL Global Operations in assisting US corporates to export business to Asia Pacific and vice versa. Jeremy returned to Hong Kong in 2009.
