Jason Lourensz is the ISPT Senior Development Manager responsible for the 271 Spring Street development in Melbourne Australia, the John Wardle Architects designed new Head Quarters for Australian Unity. He is a strategic thinker with end-to-end delivery responsibility across multiple commercial and education development from feasibility through to occupancy. Jason has over 20 years of industry experience, including the last 13 years at ISPT where he has primarily been engaged in teh repositioning of ISPT's Commercial Core Fund properties nationwide.
