James SZE graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering in 1994. He has subsequently obtained part-time Master degrees in Geotechnical Engineering as well as Inter-disciplinary Design and Management from the same Univesity.
He is an Associate Director of Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong office which has more than 1500 engineers in the East Asia Region. He has extensive experience in the investigation, design, instrumentation and construction supervision for deep foundation and basement excavation projects in Hong Kong as well as in other countries such as China, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea and Middle East.
