As Chief Executive Officer of PNC Architects, James serves as the guiding force behind the firm’s success. He leads by example with a “CAN DO” attitude, instilling a culture of excellence, innovation and everyone is important. He is a seasoned leader, paying attention to the individual goals and aspirations of the team members.
Under James’s leadership from 2015, PNC Architects has completed design for over 55+ projects with 40+ ongoing projects design spanning 50 million square feet. During his tenure, the workforce has surged from 60 to over 900 employees currently, still using flexible project led teams. The studio now has design expertise in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP & Allied services, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Master Planning, Façade Engineering, POD Design, Infrastructure Design and Project Site Supervision Support. Recently, James was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Design Middle East Architecture Leaders Award 2024, further recognizing his outstanding contribution to the field.
