James Barnes is responsible for the procurement and management of work across North America. He joined Foster + Partners in 2001, working on the McLaren Technology Centre. He became a partner in 2008 and has delivered projects in Canada including The Bow, in Calgary, and Jameson House in Vancouver. In more recent years he has managed the design and construction of two new office towers, 425 Park Avenue and 50 Hudson Yards in New York City.
