Have joined SOHO China since 2007, promoted from EMP director to chief engineer and vice president. Have cooperated with the world's top design firms and participated in the design management of 22 complex commercial projects, and many projects won architectural awards. Received a doctorate in building studies from Concordia University in Canada.
