Harbinder is a partner at Hawkins\Brown and leads the Infrastructure and Transport sector. He is a chartered architect and a member of the previous Architects’ Journal 40 under 40 list. He is a fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Harbinder is currently delivering architectural designs for two of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects: Thames Tideway, and three new stations at Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street and Liverpool Street for Crossrail 1 The Elizabeth Line.
Harbinder provides guidance on major infrastructure projects and public realm schemes as a member of the Mayor of London’s Infrastructure Advisory Panel and the HS2 Independent Design Review Panel, as well as sitting on design review panels for Camden, Croydon, Ealing, and Old Oak Common.
