Nguyen Ngoc Hai currently holds the position of Project Manager at Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company.

Nguyen is a licensed civil engineer with more than 12 years of experience in managing projects with a wide range of residential, office, commercial, and convention centers in major cities of Vietnam such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. He has intensively experience in planning, organizing and executing of big construction projects, especially high-rise buildings and deep basements. He is also experienced in deep foundation construction, especially Mass concrete.

Nguyen graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where he obtained a degree in B.S. Civil Engineering. He continued to attend the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville to receive a M.S Civil Engineering. Immediately after graduation, Hai almost attached his career to Hoa Binh Construction Group JSC
