Mr. Guo graduated from Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (currently named as Harbin Institute of Technology) majoring in architecture. He is a PRC Class 1 Registered Architect and had completed various iconic real estate developments in PRC, including the redevelopment of Gongbei Port, Xiangxi Institute of Nationalities, Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center development and two skyscrapers: Zhuhai Tower and Hengqin IFC.
