Gavin Erasmus, Director at Farrells, has more than 25 years of experience directing and managing large-scale projects around the world including urban master plans, high-speed rail termini, resorts and hotels, retail facilities, office towers, residential complexes and institutional buildings. Since joining the practice in 1992, Gavin is an expert on air rights transport oriented development projects and worked on a number of Tall Buildings in Asia. He was the Director-in-Charge of various award-winning developments such as KK100 – until recently, Shenzhen’s tallest building; Vattanac Capital – the tallest building in Cambodia, China National Petroleum Headquarters in Beijing, BEA Financial Tower and Walton Plaza in Shanghai.
