Filipe Leung is the Deputy General Manager – Leasing of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate (Sales and Leasing) Agency Limited.

Filipe is responsible for the asset management and leasing of a number of office developments of Sun Hung Kai Properties, including International Commerce Centre (ICC) in West Kowloon, currently the tallest building in Hong Kong. He is also the Landlord representative for SHKP’s two joint venture office projects, namely Central Plaza and International Finance Centre (IFC) in Hong Kong.

His current focus is on the leasing of the new office projects of Sun Hung Kai Properties, including International Gateway Centre (IGC), the development atop the Express Rail Link West Kowloon Station, and, Artist Square Towers (AST) at the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Filipe has over 20 years of office leasing experience.
