Erleen Hatfield is a structural engineer and Partner of Buro Happold. She has over 20 years of experience in the structural design of a wide range of complex projects including high rise, commercial, mixed use and residential. She is responsible for leading the design of complex projects through her in-depth knowledge of design, constructability, sustainability and the holistic integration of multiple disciplines. She is a LEED accredited professional for New Construction, a professional engineer and licensed architect.

She sits on numerous national industry committees including the American Society of Civil Engineers Committee on the Design of Steel Buildings, the executive board of the Applied Technology Council and is a trustee of the Beverly Willis Foundation.
