About

Beth is a Vice President of Construction at BXP (formerly Boston Properties). With over 17-years at BXP, she is currently overseeing the design and construction of 343 Madison, an ambitious 46-story, 950,000 SF office tower in midtown Manhattan. In addition, she leads BXP’s construction efforts on the co-development of 290 Coles, a 670-unit residential tower in Jersey City, NJ. These projects reflect her strategic vision and ability to manage large-scale developments with precision and foresight.
Throughout her career at BXP, Beth has been instrumental in delivering numerous high-end tenant fit-outs and capital upgrades, as well as key developments such as the 804 Carnegie Center NRG build-to-suit office building in Princeton, NJ, and the transformative Apple/General Motors Building Plaza redevelopment project.
