Beth is a Vice President of Construction at BXP (formerly Boston Properties). With over 17-years at BXP, she is currently overseeing the design and construction of 343 Madison, an ambitious 46-story, 950,000 SF office tower in midtown Manhattan. In addition, she leads BXP’s construction efforts on the co-development of 290 Coles, a 670-unit residential tower in Jersey City, NJ. These projects reflect her strategic vision and ability to manage large-scale developments with precision and foresight.
Throughout her career at BXP, Beth has been instrumental in delivering numerous high-end tenant fit-outs and capital upgrades, as well as key developments such as the 804 Carnegie Center NRG build-to-suit office building in Princeton, NJ, and the transformative Apple/General Motors Building Plaza redevelopment project. Her work has shaped the urban landscape and elevated the quality of spaces across the metropolitan New York City area.
Before joining BXP, Beth honed her expertise as a Project Manager at Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where she developed a deep understanding of project execution from every angle. Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia.
Beth is passionate about giving back to the community and actively contributes her expertise to several boards, including The Salvadori Center and The Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, NYC Chapter. Her leadership is not only recognized within BXP but across the industry, where she continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of construction professionals.
