About
With over two decades of experience in facade design and engineering, Earl Patrick has had the opportunity to participate in some of the most iconic architectural projects of the last 25 years. Since entering the industry in 2001, he has contributed his expertise to the creation of such monumental projects as One World Trade Center in New York City, The Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels in Los Angeles, Allegiant Stadium (home of the Las Vegas Raiders), Chase Arena in San Francisco, The New Australian Embassy in Washington D.C., San Diego Terminal 1 and many others. As well as working on new construction, he has had the great pleasure of working on renovating and helping to preserve historical facades such as the Philip Johnson-designed facade at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in NYC and the current renovations underway at the Federal Reserve Buildings in Washington, D.C.
As the Director of Design at Enclos, a leading facade engineering and construction firm, Patrick oversees the conceptualization and execution of cutting-edge building envelopes that push the boundaries of performance, aesthetics, and constructability. His deep understanding of materiality, structural integration, and environmental performance has positioned him as a trusted voice in the industry, collaborating with top architects, developers, and engineers to bring visionary designs to life.
Beyond his professional achievements, Patrick is passionate about advancing facade technology and sharing knowledge with the next generation of designers and engineers. He is always eager to share his experience, learn from others, and contribute to thoughtful discussions on innovation and excellence in facade design.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Patrick enjoys life with his wife and two daughters, finding inspiration in both the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the ever-evolving landscape of the built environment.
