Dong Chen was trained as a structural and bridge engineer and has over 20 years of extensive international experience, working with many world-renowned architects on landmark projects. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, and also a Registered Engineer in Switzerland. On joining Cundall in 2018, Dong established Cundall’s structural engineering discipline in Asia, leading the structural design and consultancy services. In his recent projects, he has been focusing on delivering sustainable structural solutions to clients and helping them realize their net zero carbon goals.
